At Rakiselling, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been purchased. However, there are specific exceptions outlined below. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
Game Loaders / Keys
If the loader dont work on your system, we cannot offer a refund, as it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their hardware and software are compatible before purchase.
For product keys, the same principle applies. If the key works but the customer is dissatisfied or expected something different, this is not our responsibility, and no refund will be issued.
Exceptions for Keys
If a key has not been redeemed, it may be eligible for return.
However, the refund will only be processed after another customer purchases that same key. Please note that this process may take some time.
Payments
Payments made via Stripe or Paysafecard are non-refundable.
In these cases, we can only provide the equivalent amount as store credit.
Additional Condition:
If a refund is approved for any reason, Rakiselling reserves the right to choose the refund method, which may differ from the customer’s original payment method. This means the refund may be issued via an alternative payment method or as store credit, depending on what is feasible.
Payment Exceptions
PayPal and Cryptocurrency payments may be eligible for a refund within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, refunds are no longer available — only store credit can be issued.
For cryptocurrency transactions, Rakiselling is not responsible for any price changes that occur during the refund process.
